It has no native speakers. However, most of western countries had influence of this language due to the Roman Empire. So, by learning Latin you'll be able to understand many other languages, not only Latin derived languages like Spanish, French or Portuguese, but you'll also be surprised to know how many words from Latin exist in English, German and other.

From the History to useful latin quotes, we're trying to offer a general overview about the language in order to give you a way to get started in Latin learning. We do NOT aim to write all about Latin Language. But we DO want to hear from you suggestions to improve the site and offer you the content YOU consider more useful. Please fell free to contact us.

Just after you can take your first steps into the grammar, but it's just an overview, if you want to take it more seriously, you'll have to study many years.
